• Offshore, Onshore, and Onsite team models
• Permanent and contract staffing solutions
• Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)

3. AI Services Disclaimer

3.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated outputs, analyses, and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before making business decisions.

3.2 Human Oversight Required

AI services are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. Critical business decisions, legal matters, and financial transactions should be reviewed by qualified professionals. We strongly recommend human oversight for all AI-generated outputs.

3.3 Training Data Limitations

AI models are trained on historical data and may not reflect the most current information, regulations, or market conditions. AI outputs should not be considered as current, real-time, or complete information.

3.4 Bias and Fairness

4. eDiscovery Services - Legal Disclaimers

4.1 Technology Service Only

Star AI eDiscovery is a technology platform for document review, search, and analysis. We provide tools and technology, not legal services, opinions, or advice. Nothing in our services should be construed as legal advice or creating an attorney-client relationship.

4.2 Attorney Requirement

For any legal matters, including discovery, litigation, compliance, or regulatory issues, you must engage a licensed attorney. Our services are designed to be used under the direction of legal counsel, not as a replacement for it.

4.3 No Legal Responsibility

We assume no responsibility for legal outcomes, court decisions, or compliance matters. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our eDiscovery services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and court rules.

4.4 Professional Referrals

If you need legal representation, we can provide referrals to qualified attorneys in our network. However, we are not responsible for the services provided by any referred attorneys, and such referrals do not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of their services.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Respect intellectual property rights of StartTekk and third parties

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by StartTekk LLC, STAR Workforce Solutions, or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to any data, content, or materials you submit to our services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI services belongs to you. However, similar content may be generated for other users. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, but we also cannot guarantee exclusivity of such content.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees and Billing

Service fees are as specified in your service agreement or order form. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your service agreement.

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, wire transfer, or other methods as agreed. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

7.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower). We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StartTekk LLC, STAR Workforce Solutions, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Your reliance on AI-generated outputs without proper verification

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability or service interruptions.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we believe your actions may cause harm to us or others.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Plano, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
