AI/ML Engineer

Job Overview

AI/ML Engineer to lead machine learning initiatives for the Startekk Star AI product line. Build and deploy models for legal document analysis, financial automation, and cloud intelligence use cases. Remote-global position.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for document analysis and NLP use cases
• Build and deploy ML pipelines using TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Develop and maintain AI features for Star AI Cloud, eDiscovery, and Finance products
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems
• Research and evaluate new AI/ML techniques and frameworks
• Maintain model performance, monitoring, and retraining pipelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of ML/AI engineering experience
• Strong Python proficiency
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch in production
• NLP experience (transformers, LLMs, embeddings)
• Experience with ML model deployment and MLOps practices
• AWS SageMaker or similar cloud ML platform experience preferred

Education

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred. Bachelor's with strong experience accepted.
